How do I return an item?

Return Policy
Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
We accept returns for exchange or refund 10 business days after delivery of the product.
After 10 business days we may choose to offer an exchange or store credit.
Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition" without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
No returns on special orders or custom orders
No Returns on Clearance or Closeout items
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
Defective & Damaged Items
Defective Items are eligible for exchange for replacement item for 30 calendar days
Defective items are defined as an item that did not hold up to normal use.
If you receive an item which was damaged in shipping, please contact shipping@barrelracers.com within 48 hours so that a shipping claim may be filed against the carrier.
Items damaged in shipping will be replaced after they have been returned and inspected
Josey Saddle Warranty
Warranties apply to the first owner and begin with the product is purchased from an authorized dealer. They are non-transferable

10-year warranty within the intended scope of use.
Saddles built before 2006 have a 5-year tree warranty from the date of original purchase
Silver
1-year warranty within the intended scope of use
Workmanship
1-year warranty within the intended scope of use
