The Josey Mitchell "Mattie" Gag is a great exercise bit that offers bend and promotes flexion in the poll. This bit is great for a horse getting comfortable with leverage and curb pressure. The long gag action gives the horse time to react, allowing for more free movement. Light "Whoa" with this bit.
